Zounds!I'd guess what ... two or three milliseconds between the near-miss and the chute being deployed? Nothing like making a quick decision, I guess.In making decisions, of course, it helps to have options.
Guess the guy figured no reason to tarry with a chunk of towline wrapped around the prop and engine shaft...In making decisions, of course, that option was a great one to have...
